Prices for the base LX trim equipped with a standard 6-speed manual gearbox start from $16,190 and for an additional $800, customers can opt for a CVT automatic transmission. The power output for the CVT model drops down to 128 BHP at 6600 RPM and 113 lb-ft at 4600 RPM. The continuously variable transmission come equipped with the sport mode and happens to be one of the most efficient automatic gearboxes in the segment.

Honda Fit comes equipped with a soft brake pedal which also happens to be quite progressive and easy to modulate and therefore allows one to make smooth and easy stops in traffic. The 2019 Honda Fit performed excellently in crash tests conducted by both National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The subcompact hatchback is available with automated emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and lane departure warning.
