Nissan brings the 2019 Rogue Sport to the market with some new introductions in the infotainment and safety department. These include the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay features, a standard 7-inch touch screen, satellite radio, standard rear-seat reminder and ProPilot assist along with rear automatic braking. The SUV also adopts the Divide-N-Hide cargo system for the first time. But even after taking into note all of that, slow acceleration and bad steering performance drop this Nissan to the lower spots in several subcompact SUV rankings.

Other than that the SUV is run on a really smart All-Wheel Drive (AWD) that, Nissan claims, can adjust to changes in road conditions with a speed that makes blinking of an eye look 30 times slower. The AWD transfers power to both pairs of wheels on roads that require more grip but if you want to speed up your drive it will transfer all the power to the front wheels, guaranteeing more efficiency. Overall, the Rogue provides a not so sporty but composed and comfortable ride.

The Nissan Rogue Sport is powered by a 2.0-litre four cylinder engine that generates a horsepower of 141. The engine is not capable of pulling the SUV to a high speed from rest in a short interval. The engine is mated to an Xtronic Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system which offers adaptive shift control, provides a wider gear ratio coverage and facilitates gear shifting through its dynamic step shift technology. The Rogue ensures a fun ride without giving up on fuel economy. AWD (All Wheel Drive) models get a mileage of 24 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway. FWDs (Front Wheel Drive) get a city mileage of 25 mpg and a highway value of 32 mpg.
